sooo thrilled to be out and about on the bike,
commuting to the office,
communing with nature,
conversing with strangers,
Remembering that with spring come flowers and with flowers come flying insects.

Cycling Lesson #1: Be sure not to have your mouth open while you ride or plan on that extra protien in your diet. Yummy, the bugs are especially wingy this time of year.
