I'm feeling the bundle of bands, pulled to help, to hold.
I'm honored by those who ask me for help but i'm too stupid to say no
From their view - I'm single, mobile and easily can be where they need me.
From my view - I saw my little condo for 12 hours of the 48 hours that where this past weekend.
Each had to happen this weekend
This coming weekend - I'll sleep til noon, I'll sing the Pie Jesu in a beautiful choir, I'll bake 35000 cavities worth of cookies.
My bands will rest and eat cookies

I find it hard to say no. But I find if I make a complete pigs ear of whatever it is I don't get asked again. Sometimes being incompetent is an asset.

this is one of the few times living several states away from any relatives works out in my favor :-) very few people to put demands on my time....

Ah. I see you're missing some things in your list.
Help self relax.
Help self to indulgences in private (choose your own).
Help self to chill time.
Help self to turn off phone.
Insert these into your list of things to do and things go much better.
